Terrible Service and after service

I order from a company Cate-a-bake on a weekly basis, but i have gotten to the point where i won't order there anymore, the 1st time, my order was wrong and i was told to come into the shop myself to get wat was short, the 2nd i had to wate a week to have the rest of my order delivered, once again their mistake on not following the order that was placed, the 3rd time, they got my order wrong, over charged me and once again they made it clear that it is my problem to get the wrest of my order, i live an hour away, work 7 days a week, and they can't even get a order wright, clearly something is wrong and needs to be looked at.
