02 Jan - order placed with representative
04 Jan - order invoiced
16 Jan - told it was a delay with the courier company which was told to us 2 weeks after the order was placed.
18 Jan - told the same (so in 2 days nothing was done).
22 Jan- told to double check the delivery address (as if its our fault the delivery wasn't made)
22 Jan - told the waybill was removed off the box by the courier and an investigation was underway.
23 Jan - told the box is will be delivered that week.
28 Jan - told the queries team is still investigating.

So in total, my order was placed 26 days ago. In 26 days, we have been given the runaround and the worse possible service I have ever received and the most ridiculous excuses. First, the order was with the courier company, then waybill missing (so how did they know that was the Avon delivery then if no waybill - rubbish excuse); the WE made error in delivery address; then delivery on its way and now today there is actually still an investigation and no sign of the order.

There has been no apologies, no fixing up the order and resending. SHOCKING SERVICE!!! And this after being an AVON customer for over 5 years.
