VACATION HUB OR SOUTH AFRICAN MAFFIA?

After smooth talking and half or no truths, I was suckered into signing a contract on 21-12-.'12 with Vacation Hub int. in Somerset West. After studying the contract I realized that it was unacceptable. So I cancelled it per e-mail before the 3rd business day. Later I sent back the contract and all the pamphlets per registered post. It was in CapehubPO. since 9-12-'12. I notified Yolanda Benjamin, she would investigate. Up to 18-1-'13 they have not collected it. On 18-1-'13 I received e-mail from Yolanda informing me that my contract was not cancelled because I don't comply with sect. 18 of their contract. They try to bully one into believing that their sect.18 is still active. Sect 16 of the Consumer Protection Act reads the contract may be cancelled without reason or penalty. Meaning; the whole contract and not the contract except sect. 18. Whatever is in the contract is not active anymore after cancellation. The act also states that goods must be returned, No time limit is stated. No further moneys may be collected or deducted. The debit order is also part of the contract. All payments should be paid back within 15 days.
I handed my case over to my attorney.
