I phoned phonesure office on Friday 31st January 2013 and advise that I am still seeing a deduction of R57-00 for a policy, on my bank account for a phone contract that actually expired in March 2012). I was told by the Phonesure lady that yes, they see the contract is not active anymore and does not know why the debit was not cancelled for the phone insurance. I would like to note the actual phone was about a month before the contract was up, but I did not claim as Cell C (Greenstone Mall) informed me the contract was almost up and that it would take so long to actually get a new phone, blah blah blah - hence the reason I didn't renew any contract with them and cut all ties!

I am now Claiming all my money back as of the date of the end of the contract with Cell C, up to today. As far as I'm concerned this is not proper business ethic, I don't understand why Cell C has not cancelled this when the contract was up as I requested when I went into the branch to sign the cancellation of the contract letter. I have not received a mail or call from Phonesure that this is being attended to. SHOCKING SERVICE!!!
