BAD SERVICE & BAD BED BUY

I want to warn ppl out there about InStyle Living in Waterfall, we bought a queen size Seventh Heaven Comfy bed with a 7 year warranty on the 06/05/2012 & today we phoned Steven again to complain that the springs on the bed hurt us, make bad noises and are sticking us when we sleep, he was rude, abrupt & had major attitude with my hubby & put the phone down on him... Now what kind of 7 year Warranty is that or service. when I wanted to buy a bed I had no transport @ the time to get there to view the beds he had, but he assured me that the seventh heaven bed was a very good bed & so I took his word for this and bought it over the phone, I will never do that again, but please ppl be warned you want get your Warranty
