No payment for over two months

Gigs Cilliers ordered T shirts from me on the 15th of March 2013, He had a request to make up something more specific. I made the changes to my original product and delivered on the 10th of April. I then sent an invoice and delivered a hard copy of that invoice.
There have been many emails sent and many promises of payment but still nothing?
It amazes me that somebody can so many times and feel no shame.
