We bought a voucher for a 2 hour photoshoot from 100 percent image. Appointment was made on Sunday 30 July 2013 at 10:30. When we arrived at the place there was already 3 couples waiting to have their shoot done. I asked the lady are they running a bit late and she said yes. Eventually after waiting 1 and half hours I asked the lady if we should rather come back another day. She said yes!!! Not even apologising.

She then opened her book and re-scheduled for two weeks time. A gentleman then also came and said if we come at 9:00 o clock we will be first. Then the lady said o no there is already people coming at 9. Then the gentleman said well if you come at 8:30 you will be first! Do the math - so with people arriving every 30 minutes for a 2 hour photo shoot. They are just making appointments left right and centre - and don't care that people come there and have to sit and wait for hours. I went there with my whole family - which includes a 7 month old baby and a 3 year old toddler.

I don't see how they can work like this - do not use this company.
