After send my complaint to Hellow Peter, I got a call from Colleen Sefatsa on the 21 April to check if the news paper was delivered, the copy was delivered around 6:30am. She promised to call me againg the following sunday (28 April 2013) to check if there is no problem with the delivery, she never called and the copy was never delivered. I subscribed with sunday times on the 24 March 2013, they debited my account on the 25th of march, this means the whole march I received the copy twice on the 31 MArch and 21 April. My account was debited again on the 25 April 2013 even after I faxed a letter on the 16 April requesting for my contract to be terminated. Moreover no copy was delivered on the 28 April 2013, I called on monday to seek for answers, no one knows nothing. I was told that it will take 21 working days to terminate my contract, contrary to that I'm not receiving my copy but they are taking money from me and they are refusing me to speak to customer service team leader or manager for that matter. I want nothing to do with sunday times anymore I want my contract to be terminated.
