Tablet not working, but being charged

I signed a contract for a tablet at R 399 per month. At first I was very happy with my product. However, after a while the charger gave problems and I could not trace a replacement anywhere. After a very frustrating period of dealings with Weava Cell, I was charged R 250 for a new charger. This was paid only to discover that my tablet was so damaged that it could not be repaired. I received a new tablet but the software is outdated or whatever, as you can not download anything. This means that although I am paying for a product I can still not use it. This has been going on for more than 2 months! I was told categorically by Annelize that there is nothing they can do for me??? They feel they have done all they could. How does this help me?? I am paying for a product I can not use. How can they sell a product for which there are no parts and then say - sorry, your fault??? I have now requested a meeting with the Director of the company...
