Eport bad attitude from a service provide

Good day,

I would like to report Mr Rob of R W Instruments. I requested if the company can assist our Laboratory with a pressure test on a autoclave which he replied they do. Due to the fact that we have been doing business with this company we need to create his company as a creditor on our books, where he has to complete a form and it needs a bank stamp TO WHICH HE REPLIED -
