SA Post Office
No delivery notification left at home

I posted a parcel to my son from the U.K tracking number RU11727715GB the last trace of it is was at Alberton post office on the 9/5/2013 saying that first notification had been sent.
My son received no notification and when he went to the post office was told he needed a South African tracking number which we do not have as they NEVER sent the notification with the number on it.
He was then given a number to phone only to find that no one answers.
The tracking is saying the parcel is at Alberton Post Office.
Please can someone tell us where is this parcel .!!!
