SA Post Office
I have not received my item

Hi

I bought an item from the USA in August and it departed from the US on 23 August 2013, the USPS tracking system shows that the parcel really departed from the US to SA. It has been almost 2 months now and I have not received my parcel as yet, when I contact customs or the S A Post Office they say they have no records of the item on their system. The Durmail telephone number does not work, I have been trying to call for a while now. Please assist because this item is expensive and I have the US Tracking number if you require it.
