My wife made appointments for 4 people at Sara Spa and paid via EFT. When trying to confirm the booking, she couldnt get through on the telephone numbers supplied. She did however manage to send them an email. They responded saying that they were no longer in operation and that they would refund her the money if she provided them her banking details. She did this, but no refund was received. She kept emailing them but they failed to respond. Now, their email address no longer exists. Looks like they '' the money. No service and no refund!!!
