Two weeks ago i sent my forms to CSIR to be registered on their supplier database the receptionist lady said i must leave them with her and gave me the number to call and do the follow up, and i called he next day Prince answered and said send me an e-mail, when i read the e-mail it says something about missing documents and when i told him he din't want to hear he kept on asking me if i can read and i kept on telling him he is sending me same thing with the missing documents and yesterday when i called he gave me same attitude asking if i can read he is not going to answer me i must go and learn how to read before i call them at CSIR, is that the attitude that CSIR thought these just because i wanted to find out about how do they work???

When i spoke to Tshego same department with Prince 2 weeks ago she said they are busy with capturing database forms i must check the following week and when i spoke with her yesterday she gave me an attitude as well saying i must gate away and when asked for their manager David she said he'll be back next week i must not waist my energy because David wont believe me
