I filed a claim as soon as I was able to, making sure the company receives all that is required from myself, which being documents scanned mailed and registered mail to the DMD offices. When I called to query my claim, firstly this was not registered however the mail was read by dmd a day after I sent the mail (05/03/2013). From previous experience I am aware I need to do follow ups as the call centre does not. Having acknowledged my claim sent via mail I was told that the post office was striking. I called a week later and and I was told the same post office on strike and they need the orginal documents. I further contacted the post office and i was told they resumed work. I called the DMD call centre again and I was told the same story and when i explained that the post office is back at work I was then told they have a back log. I was asked for my RD number and to speed the process and nothing has been done since. I called 18/03/13 i was told that my claim as authorized twice and needed to be reverted. finally i called them today and I was told the post office was on strike and theres a backlog. What type of call centre is this and how many people out there are being to.
