I have never experienced customer service as bad as this, I had called the Durban department to track the progress of my Mr Price online delivery order however the operator kept transferring me to the dispatch department. The problem was that I had to call seven times and each time no one answered. Eventually I managed to get through to someone who took down my details but did not call me with feedback. My delivery was suppose to be made today and all I wanted was feedback on the eta. This is the worst customer service ever!
