On 2 June 2013 I had my first and last encounter with mr. delivery.

I called the call centre at 18:42, opened a profile as it was my first time ordering and placed my order. I stay in Kuils River & the call centre operator placed my order with the Tygervalley branch as it is closest to Kuils River. Tygervalley called (a woman named Tania) informing me that their branch doesn't service Kuils River & she'll put my order through to Parow, who will call me shortly. 30 mins after my first call to call centre I called again (at 19:15) to query what's happening with my order. The operator (male) said he'll get back to me shortly. He did not call back so 30 mins thereafter I called the call centre (at 19:46) for a 3rd time to find out what's happening with my order. My call got transferred to Dorian who said that 10 minutess ago he got feedback from the Brackenfell branch- apparently they confirmed that they have contacted me to tell me that my area does not get serviced by mr. Delivery.

I was not contacted about this. I had to call 3 times only to be informed that my order will not be delivered.

This was unacceptable customer service and a total waste of my time and airtime.
