How hard is it to send an email?

I have registered to do the board exam to be a registered counselor. I have not received a confirmation letter and the exam is in less then a month. I have phoned numerous times, I have sent many emails and no one is prepared to help me.
The admin is shocking and so inefficient. Its worrying that at the health proffessions board there is such shoddy service.
All it takes is putting the correct email address in, and pressing send. Its not difficult and shows the complete inefficency.
