Horrible to non-existent response time on email co

I have been a student at Unisa for close to a year now and I have had 3 instances where I have had to send an enquiry to the university by email as there is no telephonic means of communicating with them.

1: I sent an inquiry with regards to moving an exam to the following semester before the exam date. I only received a response close to two months later stating that I should have sent them a letter with evidence prior to 10 days after the exam date. The result is that I will have to register and pay for the subject again. Please also note that I sent three emails regarding the matter.

2: I received no response whatsoever to an inquiry

3: I have changed my exam location and residential address to that of a foreign country upon which I was charged a foreign levy, which is not mentioned anywhere in the registration process or changing of exam venue info, this levy was put on my account in less than 24 hours. My exam venue was changed, however my physical and postal address change request wasn't updated and I have been waiting of feedback for close to a month now.

Please assist as I think this is unacceptable since I am paying for this service.
