Ignoring request & complete lack of response

I have been attempting to purchase an exam script for MONTHS. I submitted the required documentation to the email address provided (As theres no number to call!), PAID the required amount and NOBODY has even had the decency to return one of my emails. I have received 1 "automated" response requesting I send the documentation, which further goes to show they have not even registered that the documentation has been sent already.

Completely unacceptable, and I will probably have written the exam again for the subject I am querying by the time this is resolved, if it EVER is.
