Eco Wash
Car Damage / complete lack of respect for custome

18th of January 2013, my office Linde Material Handling, called Eco wash to come out and clean our cars. I was really happy they were coming as i need to take my car in for an evaluation as i am looking to sell it.

Upon home time, I notice there was a long wire hanging out of my dashboard. On phoning the company i got through to a man named Clifford, who then told me that this was my fault and after alot of aruging&swearing, finally agreed that he was not there and could therefore not make assumptions. I then had to call 6 times to find out when the owner (AB) would be contacting me, They told me he was driving and could not do so until he was at his destination, an hour went by and I decided to call the owner, who answered 1st time. When i asked why he had not called but answered his cell he said he thought it was new business. I then asked if he was too coward to call to which he told me who the f do i think i am talking to him like that and i should look at f'ing myself because i must have done it and put the phone done.

He is now refusing to answer any of my calls and refuses to discuss any further, I will be getting quotes & taking legal action. DO NOT SUPPORT this behaviou
