PARCEL STUCK! - NO ANSWER AT DEPOT OR CALL CENTRE

I sent a parcel to Gardens, Cape Town on 21 May 2013. I received a notice yesterday that the adress was insufficient and that I should collect the parcel. I went back to my post office in Stellenbosch, only to find THAT THE PARCEL WAS NOT THERE. They gave me the Customer Care no 0860 111 502 that I had to call several times and was on hold for more than 15 minutes at a time before someone eventually answered teh phone. The 1st lady I talked to informed me that my package was at Cape Town Depot. She said I need to wait 30 days and then call them to arrange for my package to return to me. She gave me a contact number which turned out to be WRONG! I then had to call back and hold and hold and redail again. Eventually I got the number 021 464 1746 - BUT THERE ARE NO ANSWER. I have been trying for almost 2 hours now. All I want to do is resent the item - only the code need to be changed. Alternatively the item can be sent back to STELLENBOSCH branch. But how can I ask them to do that if I cannot get hold of the CAPE TOWN DEPOT??? SOOO DISSAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE OF SAPO. I URGENTLY NEED THIS PARCEL AND CANNOT AFFORD TO WAIT EVEN 2 DAYS..
