Horrific Service!

I have a parcel that is "stuck in customs" with the post office. After finally getting hold of the post office call centre I have been told to contact the customs division to try and get the item released. This is IMPOSSIBLE, not ever answer the phone at the call centre number 011 961 6000. I have tried calling them repeatedly, the phone rings for 3m20s and then cuts off! How do I get hold of my parcel if no one ever answers the phone???
