Extreme frustration with dhl tracking!

I have been tracking my parcel from germany to south africa, when it arrives in cape town i see the updates as' cannot get hold of customer, parcel will be stored', i drive to dhl depot at cape town international airport, i get given another office number to call, i try them but keep getting cut off, all the while my parcel is laying somewhere. two days ago i use the contact centre tool on the internet, fill out my storty and still no reply back. how must i get an answer on my parcel!!!
