Pathetic service delivery

In December last year we had a phot shoot done with a photographer by the name of Kaylee Jacobs. We were told that we would be given a date within two weeks for collection. We were then given a week day during working hours to collect and then had to ask her to arrange a different time and date for collection as both my cousin and I who had both taken the package would not be able to collect.

We have made numerous calls and left messages on her facebook page requesting feedback and these all get ignored. She has now taken to removing all our posts on her facebook wall so other customers will not see teh poor service she has given us. We have paid for the disc containing the photos and made numerous attempts to get this but clearly once the photographer had recieved the money she lost interest in the business
