Good day,

I have limited space I'll try to summarise.

I purchased something from overseas (UK) a few months back and the package arrived at melville
branch with 2 of 3 items /missing. I opened the package at the post office and lodged a complaint at the same time. They told me to fill in the necessary forms and they said they would send it off.
They also kept the package it came in which was obviously tampered with. Up to today I haven't
heard any feedback from this at all. I kept following up with branch and investigations.

But now the overseas carrier Royal Mail has come back saying that they contacted the South African
authority who has told them that the customer (me) raised no objection and accepted the parcel in good
condition. Why would the SA authority furnish false info to Royal Mail

Local investigations on 0114950519 (ansie) is the worst because they blatantly when you
call them: telling you yes an investigator has been assigned to the case, yes a claim number is there
but can't be given to customers directly. It means people can just sweep it under the carpet, to overseas carriers and just my stuff as and when they please

Pls resolve urgently
