SAPO CUSTOMS FAILS TO INFORM OF PACKAGE RELEASE!

I purchased a product from an overseas company... 4 CD's (last year around beginning December 2012) and a month later went to post office to enquire about my package. They never received any info on the package or the package itself. I then re-purchased my order from the company & e-mailed them to say I have not received my package yet, they sent me another order which I had to pay for. Another month later I went to my local post office, they still had not received anything yet. I then cancelled my account with the company which I ordered from apologising that our country's service is no good here and that I have not received any of my parcels yet. Another month went by and finally I received a contact number and message from customs saying my parcel is being held and that I needed to fax off my order details and the company info that was sent, which I did and now almost another month on and I have had no return message or info on my packages, neither has my local post office. I have tried contacting customs but the phone just rings & rings. I take it I am not the only person having this problem? I just want my parcels that I have already paid for... what's happening?? Please assist
