South african post office is worst eve

I ordered a device from overseas then it detoured via the SAPO customs. fine but what really is that they detained the package and they wanted a proof of purchase, guess what they never sent any letter stating. fine then i took terms in calling i provided them with proof of purchase. Even now they still haven't cleared my parcel their agents at the call center they are very good lying I mean very very good. I spoke Annah Ledwa who sweet talk me and promised me the world, what happened then she doesn't want to answer her call, when i ask her whereabouts they tell me she's on tee break. The package arrived 2013/04/20 and detained, Really POST OFFICE STAFF MEMBERS big time i'm very very divastated
