Phone by post office workers

I went to the post office to collect a phone that was sent to me from the Uk, of which the package was empty .. And luckily I opened it in front of the consultant of which they saw that it was empty.

I had to wait for the manager of which I waited over 30mnts for him, as he refused to come because claims he was very busy and he wasn't there for customers but to do his job there as a manager!

There was a guy that was behind me, of which he complained about the same managers attitude and how rude he was... Imagine, I get to the post office, my phone is not in my package and still have
To stand there to be given PATHETIC service by the manager... I was given a form to fill, of which none was prepared to help me through it as it is a bit complicated and most of the information I didn't
Have! This all happened at the Randburg branch in the sanlam centre mall! till today, i still havent been refunded the money for the phone or given a way forward on how i am goint to be compensated for it .. its been over two months and whenever i call i am being told that the investigations team is handling it and still no outcome! please can someone resolve this ASAP
