Pick and Pay too rich for more business

Pick and Pay are too big for my business, even though I am runnig a charity organization where I buy doughnuts and sell on a weekly basis to raise funds for a wheelchair for a person at work.
Every week for the last 2 months I have been placing orders at Pick and Pay cresta, each order is over 60, fair enough I get it at a reduced rate, but do I have to deal with this bullsh#t.

Today I went to place my biggest order of 130 doughnuts, firstly I was told that the order is too big, secondly I was asked to rather place an order for 50. this being a manager there, then I was told about processes and procedures I never heard before, then they said I must come collect tomorrow, so I asked what flavours I orderd he said he doesnt not know, I said that is because he never take my order, so tomorrow I would of went and no one would know what my order was, I then have my orders and was told to go pay and come back with the reciept, Eventually another assistant said he will help me as the manager is too big to deal with me.
Well pick and pay I will be considering someone else who will support my intiative and help me, who will not turn my business down and who will not give me attitude
