We paid for a dartboard to be delivered in December 2012. and up to date whe received the runaround from John Steele. first there were no stock and the system had a default and should not have accepted the order. from January whe are prommised delivery as soon as stock arrive. the week or two ago we aventualy got hold of him via telephone and he prommised us delivery the next day. no we are back to emails and emails after the other email. still no respons or dartboard. we have even asked him to refund us. please help us to sort this matter. I even askeed him via facebook on his profile bestoforder of John steele. but prommises and still no dartboard.
