Furnitur bought that is not satisfactory

I bought a lounge and dining roon suite from the company and the first one was retured as he did not make it to standard. he was kind enought to make as a different one yet after numerous tries is is still very uncomfortable and when i have visitors they end up sitting on dining chairs.

I have asked him to please just refund me my R13800.00 as clearly he does not have a clue to no avail.
its alot of money waisted on somethin we cant use. This has been going on gor over a year now.
