I bought my Mellerware Palermo Coffee Maker in 2012 and broke the 1 glass jug on Sunday. Monday morning I Googled Mellerware Cape Town and e-mailed them to find out if it is possible to replace this jug. 4 Hours later no one replied to my e-mail and I mailed again, but still no one answered my e-mail. Today I decided to mail the Johannesburg Office and after two e-mails have not had a reply. Seeing that Hello Peter states Mellerware is not a company who respond, I probably won't get an answer at all. This is just PATHETIC customer service!!
