I recently purchased a blender from Mellerware via Kalahari. Less than month later the motor stopped working. I had registered the unit on their on line warranty site. Sent them mail. They replied to say they only just reopened from holidays and would get back to me. Many days later replied to ask if anyone had contact me. I said no-one had. Then again no response for days. Then a mail of I have to speak with Kalahari. Really???
Their on line warranty register is great (when the actual product is listed on there... that is another story).
How can it take that long to tell me that i have to do their work.
