I bought a Mellerware 3 in 1 cappuccino machine on the 02nd of July. The 1st one did not work out of the box and I had to return it for another one. The 2nd one worked for 3 weeks. We mostly used the cappuccino maker and only used the percolator twice. The percolator was broken by the 26nd of July and I had to return it for repairs. There were no communication from Pick 'n Pay or Mellerware and I asked today at Kollonade what the status was. Apparently they have a problem finding parts. Talk about poor service! I feel the machine should have been replaced as I only had it 3 weeks!
