Mellerware Biltong maker just falls apart

We bought a Mellerware Biltong maker recently from Makro, putting it together and getting to keep it standing was just about impossible, once we finally balanced it we hung our meat, when I opened it up to feel the meat all the walls fall apart, causing the one part to crack and 3 pieces chipped off, it is VERY flimsey, we have used it once and now it's broken. So ja, not very good quallity AT ALL, it's a couple of hundred rand and I want it either replaced with one that actually stays together once it is put together or my money back, I am not happy to just through R400-500 away.
