Got their money, and their client has mine

Bought a property where Leon Frank was the seller's attorney.
Occupation was supposed to take place on registration. The seller did not vacate until 6 weeks later.
Occupational rent agreed upon was not paid to me.
Leon Frank said that they would get the money from the seller. They'd paid the money in escrow to the seller before I had occupation! Havent heard from them for months. Meanwhile, I paid the bond while their client sat in my property.
Not very professional behaviour.
