The seller obtained electrical certificate, indicating that everything was functional, but it wasn't the case, we had to fix the basics requirements, with an expectation to be reimbursed from the seller's proceeds, a respond from the attorneys was that, the seller is not willing to refund us and they cannot use his proceeds against his will, there is nothing they can help us with, this was done in the most insensitive and cold manner, we then requested the attorneys not to use the amount that was due to us to pay the balance of the occupational rent that we did not sign for, that was against our will. But surprisingly enough, when things turned against the seller side, the attorneys were too quick to refer us to a specified section of the contract, reminding us of his rights, . His money could not be touched, because he says so, but our money was used, after a clear written instruction from me, not to use it, and that time the contract meant something and can be enforced, when it suites the seller, not us. The attorneys treatment was so biased throughout the entire transaction. As customers, we did not feel that we were treated with professional courtesy, respect and fairness.
