Quick to call, not quick to pay back

Good Day

I have been paying back bad debt that a family member put me in, I have been loyal with me payments. In November last year I got an email and SMS from this company offering me a discount to settle the account, I called them to make the arrangements and take the money from my account over 2months (they record your voice) the guy that helped me first was very nice. He send me a sms, but had the wrong amount on there, so I called back to just tell them that he maid a mistake. To my disappointment a rude unhelpful gentleman answered who told me they never offered me a discount as it expired, I explained that I just spoke to another gentleman who already submitted it to go off from my account. I demanded to speak to his supervisor, the Supervisor told me that yes I do qualify still and that the money will go off over 2 months.. He rectified the mistake and send me an sms and email with the amounts that will be deducted over 2months. The last amount had to go of end of January. They took another amount end of Feb, I had to call numerous times to inquire about this and everybody blames someone else there. They owe me money, yet they are dragging their feet. I'm still waiting!
