ACS gave me a discount which never existed

I received an sms saying i qualify for a 50% discount which i can pay over 3months i must contact acs.i called them spoke to Mbali we agreed on me paying account over 3months i made first payment then was left with half to pay.i couldnt pay on 2nd month the i paid up balance of discount on month 3.when i call for paid up letter Mbali keeps on saying she will call me back she needs to speak to her manager.i call again after a week og payment i speak to Natasha manager.whom said i had agreed to pay up in 2months.i disagreed with her.she said she would listen to the call.she calls me back i speak to Pearl whom says in the recording with mbali we agreed to 2months.i disagree then forward them the email mbali sent me... Mr Price Home has instructed ACS to offer you for a limited time only a settlement discount up to 50% plus you can pay over 3 months. When i ask for a refund of my money that i have paid Natasha tells me i must draft a letter and issue will be sloved in 8weeks.if there was a discount in the first place why is it such a problem now as i have paid to just write the acc off.there were scamming me.there was never a discount these people are and mislead me.
