APPUALING AND SHAMEFULL SERVICE

The service is very bad and they keep on changing their info all the time.

I had an autopage account a while back-i had TO stop paying the account as was no longer employed.
I was listed on itc and this year in April or a gentleman came from the Gerhard van Der Merwe office to give me what they call a hand or registered mail telling me to pay the outstanding balance on my account of R5474.97.
He also advised me that i get a 30% discount should i wish to settle this account i full i will then have to pay an amount of R3700.i advised i will not have that amount with me but can pay the R250.00 that i forced to pay as a monthly install to settle this account.
I got a call very one of their rude consultants at some point that was threatening me with a garnishing order if i do nt give them my bank details then i spoke to her manager and advised her that i have been paying for the account but my payments have not been allocated.
I then received an sms from them in May stating that should i settle my account before the end of June i will get up to 40% discount.

I sent them an email on the 20th of June asking them for my settlement amount and they respond 5 days later telling me
