Settlement amount

On the 22nd of August I called the African back collections call centre requesting for a settlement amount as I wanted to settle, my loan I advised the consultant Precious Chauke told me she cannot work out a discount for me, I should try to send an email to for more info. I send an email to her Supervisor by the Surname of Makgoga I got no response from them, I called them again today and was told I would be called back, I mean you want to pay them back they take their time to respond to you. all I want is to settle this account and like the sms said get that discount but seems like nobody wants to give me any assistance.
