Ive been waiting for 2months for a statement

I have called mtn on numerous occasions, i have requested a detailed statement, and no one wants to help me because I'm under debt review, they keep saying the debt councellor has to call and when they do, they say they don't want to speak to them because they are not the account holder...

i have received amounts from mtn over the phone, and you can call 6 times a day, and they keep giving you different amounts, and they can never supply you with a detailed statement...

I have also lodged a complaint with the NCR against MTN.

I need some one to help me, MTN is not even willing to tell me how much has been paid on this account, They just say that the debt councellor must deduct payments from the amount owed... which is not right!!!

Are they my money??? / OR allocating it to another account???
