Harassment and Threatening SMS

I was declared bankrupt in 2000/2001. MBDLC has somehow gotten hold of old Milady's accounts of 1994 - and after explaining that I had no such accounts and that all my accounts that were paid/handled in the bankruptcy they still keep sending sms's. I have also explained that my ID had been and the account they are on about could even be false. Still, nothing should be applicable since I was decalred bankrupt long after this date (1994) and all standing debts at the time (2000/2001) were made redundant. Still the sms's and phone calls keep coming, they threaten my credit rating and my credit record constantly.
