Still waiting for my email

I have been trying to get our 3, months occupational rent out of the people that bought our house< this sale went thought jan, i have been phoning< asked nicely, for feedback, . I just want them to send me a copy of the letter they sent to him, (I want to check if they have done there work!!) They also haven't been very helpful with most of the house transactions of our old property. They say they will call back, never hear from them. Every thing falls on deaths ears. I spoke to the Lady yesterday and still haven't received anything.
