I received a sms stating that I owe Health & Racquet R8, 610 - first of all you cannot get hold of them, you leave 10 messages and no one returns your call. Secondly, this account was settled before H&R went bankrupt in 2000. In 2001 I had to sent thru proof of payment (which showed that H&R actually owes ME R200 as my account was in credit!!). Apparently they tried to contact me in 2005 but on unknown numbers (yet they have my correct number this time - the same number I've had for the past 17 years)?? Now, 12 years later they want to blacklist me for an account of 16 years ago?? I'm told the ONLY way they will delete my name is if I fax through proof of payment again - where am I suppose to get those documents again after 12 YEARS??? I am NOT prepared to pay for something that was paid in full 16 years ago!
