Worst company to deal with!

I called the company over a month ago on numerous occasions regarding cancellation of debit order which they had promised me would be cancelled but has not. A number of 2 debit orders has already been gone out since they supposedly cancelled over 5 times. Supervisor has a very bad attitude and they tell you everything will be sorted out within 21 working days, which it has now been almost 40 working days since and nothing has been sorted out. The system that they work with is pathetic, which they to customers!
