Struggling to obtain Settlement Lette

Hello Peter

I received an sms from Norman and Bisset regarding my Cell C account which was handed over to them. I gave them a call to ascertain what the settlement figure would be and also to get the banking details to transfer the money to. I paid the settlement amount given of R2, 111.91 to their Nedbank account on the 27th of February 2013 and forwaded the proof of payment to Thandi Magubane on the 01st of March 2013. on several occasions I requested for confirmation that payment was received and a settlement letter which to date I have not received. I am extremely unhappy and need your urgent assistance in getting this matter resolved. I have made the payment and need acknowledgement and to be cleared of the debt also!!
