Intec must close down with their poor service

After months battling to fight the reason why they listed me on ITC i resulted in paying itnec in full and i spoke to a lady that said they will instruct itc to remove the listing but to my supprise they did not do it. now i have been in and out of intec requesting a consent letter with case number and they are running around refusing to give me.
i called the ncra they gave me an email account thats not valid.
all i want for goodness sake is a simple consent letter with a case number.
