Threatening SMSEs

I wish to complain about threatening messages received on two of my cellphone numbers by this so called company over a few years. I smsed them back on one number and they said they have invalidated my cell number from their database. However today again it starts on my other cell number. They have threatened me by saying my infomation has been updated on my profile at CPB Credit Bureau. Well what are they talking about, I think they are operating illegally and I want to sue them for harassment if it does not stop. What have they done to my credit profile with their information? Unbelievable, there are consumer laws that are being totally violated.
